The goal is to better understand mental health concerns and observations in a closed loop system so it can layer on top of the LLHR 4 7

If the sleep schedule made in veyda can be applied to the iphone or create a shortcut to start dnd or apple's wind down feature as well so that they're both synced up. Don't know if this is possible
